Refunds:

No refunds will be given after the close of entries.

Withdrawals & Substitutes:

Withdrawals and changes of horse/ rider must be made by phone to Debbie Marfell or
in writing to the Secretary on the day of the competition.

BE Accredited Trainers:

the event.

This training is run under the auspices of British Eventing, and is open to any rider aged from the beginning of the year of their 12th birthday, no upper age limit.
Horses/ ponies must be at least 142cms and be aged 4 years or over in 2008.
No membership required to any society by horse or rider, although the series is aimed at those interested in competing in affiliated Eventing.
There is no limit to the number of horses a rider may compete, except at the Final where only two horses may compete per rider.
Please declare your intention to ride to the Secretary before the Course Walk.
In the event of equal scores, the competitor with the higher style mark will take the higher placing.
Any objections must be made in writing within 30 minutes of the incident together with a deposit of £10. The decision of the BE official will be final.
British Eventing, its officials, and the venue and its officials can accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to any person or object at the event.
British Eventing and the Grasshopper Show Jumping officials reserve the right to alter or cancel any class they see fit without giving a reason.
Your signature on the entry form deems acceptance of these Rules and Conditions.
